Domaine de Chantelle is a familly vineyard, indeed Mr and Mrs Brunet own this "firm" from their ancestor since 1984. It's located in CAILLAC, wich is a little village in border of the Lot.
They produce wine under the AOC CAHORS wich is the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) of the region. Thanks to the 35 hectares area they manage to do more than 55 000 bottles per year, moreover they export 3% of all the production to the Luxembourg, regarding the rest everything is sold in France from the property.
As we mentionned before, they sell all their products directly on the vineyard cause they want to keep the control about the image of their wine and because they also want to have good relationship with the costumers in order to make them be loyal as a result they build a strong and durable business with them. That's why they organize meals on their property many times every year where they invite the best costumers. Visits of the vineyard are also made to make them feel more familiar with the Domaine de Chantelle.

They product six different wine whose five of them are red wine.
The first bottle on the left is called "Cuvée la Passion", the other just near the previous one "Révélation", after that the best seller "Domaine" and finally "Tradition".
As you noticed : There is a bottle of Rosé wine, that one is called "Rosé de Chantelle", actually it's an experimentation that the productor does, indeed almost 100% of the AOC CAHORS wines are red.
That special wine is surprising (fruity and freshness), we really advice you to taste it if you have the opportunity !
More generally the wine-grower wants to focus on the quality of his wine in order to propose the best price-quality ratio.
